Ingredients
  

Dry ingredients
  • 1.5 cups whole wheat flour
  • 1 cup protein powder (vanilla flavor)
Wet ingredients
  • 3 ripe bananas mashed bananas
  • 0.5 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 eggs large eggs
Additional ingredients
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon cinnamon
  • nuts or seeds Optional: chopped nuts or seeds

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a loaf pan.
  2. Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.
  3. In another bowl, mash bananas and whisk in eggs and almond milk.
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
  5. Pour batter into the loaf pan and bake for 50 minutes.
  6. Let cool before slicing and serving.
