Ingredients
  

Dry ingredients
  • 1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
  • 1/2 cup protein powder vanilla flavor preferred
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
Wet ingredients
  • 3 ripe bananas mashed bananas
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 2 eggs large eggs
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
Optional add-ins
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts or chocolate chips

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
  2. Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.
  3. In another bowl, mash bananas and whisk in eggs, honey, and almond milk.
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed, then fold in optional add-ins.
  5. Pour batter into prepared pan and bake for 50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.

Notes

For extra flavor, add a dash of cinnamon or vanilla extract.
