Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
- Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.
- In another bowl, mash bananas and whisk in eggs, honey, and almond milk.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed, then fold in optional add-ins.
- Pour batter into prepared pan and bake for 50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a dash of cinnamon or vanilla extract.
