Ingredients
  

Dry Ingredients
  • 1.5 cups Almond Flour
  • 1/2 cup Protein Powder vanilla or unflavored
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
Wet Ingredients
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1/4 cup Greek Yogurt plain, unsweetened
  • 1 tbsp Honey
Optional Add-ins
  • 1/4 cup Chopped Nuts or Seeds

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.
  3. Whisk wet ingredients together and combine with dry ingredients.
  4. Fold in optional add-ins if desired.
  5. Form dough into 8 biscuits and place on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.

Notes

Use high-quality protein powder for best results.
