Ingredients
  

Smoothie
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup frozen berries (mixed)
  • 1/2 cup spinach
  • 1 scoop protein powder (whey, soy, or plant-based)
  • 1/4 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
Toppings
  • granola to taste
  • sliced almonds to taste
  • fresh berries to taste
  • coconut flakes to taste

Method
 

  1. Combine all ingredients (except toppings) in a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth, adding more milk if needed to reach desired consistency.
  3. Pour into a bowl.
  4. Top with granola, sliced almonds, fresh berries, and coconut flakes (or your favorite toppings).
  5. Enjoy immediately.
