Method
- Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil, sauté onion and garlic until fragrant. Add beef and cook until browned. Stir in tomatoes, broth, Greek yogurt, Parmesan, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Simmer briefly.
- Add cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to combine. Serve garnished with herbs.

For extra flavor, sprinkle with fresh herbs before serving.
