  • 2 medium zucchinis zucchini sliced
  • 1 cup shredded cheese cheddar or mozzarella
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt for creaminess
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
Seasonings

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Sauté garlic in olive oil until fragrant.
  3. Mix cooked chicken, zucchini, Greek yogurt, and seasonings in a bowl.
