  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup pickles, sliced
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
  • 1 tablespoon white vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sweet relish

Method
 

  1. Cook ground beef in a skillet until browned; season with onion and garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Mix mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, vinegar, and relish to make the special sauce.
  3. Layer beef, lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, and pickles on tortillas; drizzle with sauce.
