Ingredients
  

Dry ingredients
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
Wet ingredients
  • 3 ripe bananas mashed bananas
  • 0.75 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 large eggs eggs
Cinnamon swirl
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
  2. Mix dry ingredients in a bowl. In another bowl, combine mashed bananas, oil, and eggs.
  3. Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed. In a small bowl, mix brown sugar and cinnamon for the swirl.
  4. Pour half of the batter into the pan, sprinkle with cinnamon sugar, then top with remaining batter.
  5. Swirl the cinnamon mixture into the batter with a knife. Bake for 60 minutes until golden and a toothpick comes out clean.

Notes

Use ripe bananas for best flavor and sweetness.
