Method
- Brown the ground beef in a large sauté pan; remove and set aside, reserving 2 tbsp grease.
- Cook onion until soft, add garlic for 30 seconds, then stir in flour and cook 1 minute.
- Gradually add broth, bring to a boil, then stir in tomato sauce, seasonings, and pasta. Simmer until pasta is tender, about 12-15 minutes.
- Stir in cream and cheese until melted, re-add beef, cook 2-3 minutes, then rest briefly before serving.
Notes
Adjust seasoning to taste and add extra broth if noodles are not fully cooked.
