  • 3 tablespoons maple syrup

  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 0.5 teaspoon red chili flakes
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1.5 cups avocado oil (or other neutral oil)

Method
 

  1. Zest lemons and squeeze juice into a blender.
  2. Add zest, maple syrup, vinegar, mustard, chili flakes, and salt to the blender.
  3. Blend until smooth, then slowly drizzle in the avocado oil until fully combined.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week. Shake well before using.
