Method
- Whisk together dry ingredients in a large bowl.
- Mix wet ingredients in a separate bowl until smooth.
- Pour wet into dry, stir gently until just combined.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and lightly grease.
- Pour ΒΌ cup batter for each pancake; cook until bubbles form, then flip and cook until golden.
- Serve warm with toppings of choice.
Notes
For fluffier pancakes, do not overmix the batter.
