Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix zucchini, cooked chicken, sour cream, thyme, and half of the cheese in a bowl.
- Transfer mixture to a baking dish and top with crushed Ritz crackers and remaining cheese.
- Bake for 30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
