  • 2 cups zucchini, sliced
  • 1 cup Ritz crackers, crushed
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix zucchini, cooked chicken, sour cream, thyme, and half of the cheese in a bowl.
  3. Transfer mixture to a baking dish and top with crushed Ritz crackers and remaining cheese.
  4. Bake for 30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  5. Serve hot and enjoy!
