Method
- Season chicken with spices. Sear in oil until golden, then set aside.
- Toast rice in the same pan, then add broth, BBQ sauce, and honey. Return chicken on top.
- Bring to boil, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes. Add vegetables, cover, and cook 5 more minutes.
- Let sit 5 minutes, then fluff rice and garnish with green onions or parsley before serving.
