Method
- Combine shredded chicken with honey BBQ sauce in a mixing bowl.
- Preheat grill or grill pan over medium heat.
- Lay flour tortillas flat on a clean surface.
- Place chicken mixture on the grill and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Remove grilled chicken from heat and let cool slightly.
- Lay lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, and red onion onto each tortilla.
- Add BBQ chicken mixture on top of the vegetables.
- Add avocado slices for garnish, if desired.
- Roll tortillas tightly, folding in the sides to secure the filling.
- Serve immediately or wrap in foil.
Notes
For a spicier kick, use a spicy BBQ sauce or add a dash of hot sauce to the chicken mixture.
