Method
- Whisk soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, ginger, and red pepper flakes; set aside.
- Cook onion in olive oil until fragrant; add ground beef and brown. Add garlic and cook 30 seconds.
- Add broccoli and water; cover and steam 3-4 minutes until tender.
- Stir in sauce, simmer 2 minutes, then add cornstarch slurry to thicken.
- Serve over rice or noodles, garnished with sesame seeds and green onions.
Notes
For a spicier kick, add more red pepper flakes.
