Method
- Cube the salmon and marinate in a mixture of soy, honey, sriracha, garlic, and water for 20-60 minutes.
- Cook the salmon in a skillet over medium-high heat until crispy, then add remaining marinade and cook until thickened.
- Assemble bowls with rice, salmon, avocado, cucumber, and edamame.
- Drizzle with sriracha mayo, then sprinkle with red pepper flakes and sesame seeds.
Notes
Adjust the spice level with more or less sriracha and red pepper flakes.
