Ingredients
  

Salmon
  • 4 pieces salmon fillets 4-6 ounces each
  • 3 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce or tamari
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons sriracha
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 3 tablespoons water
  • 2 cups cooked white rice
  • 1 piece avocado diced
  • 1 piece cucumber sliced
  • 1 cup cooked edamame
  • ½ cup sriracha mayo
  • to taste red pepper flakes
  • to taste sesame seeds

Method
 

  1. Cube the salmon and marinate in a mixture of soy, honey, sriracha, garlic, and water for 20-60 minutes.
  2. Cook the salmon in a skillet over medium-high heat until crispy, then add remaining marinade and cook until thickened.
  3. Assemble bowls with rice, salmon, avocado, cucumber, and edamame.
  4. Drizzle with sriracha mayo, then sprinkle with red pepper flakes and sesame seeds.

Notes

Adjust the spice level with more or less sriracha and red pepper flakes.
