Method
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add mustard seeds and cumin seeds; let them splutter.
- Add chopped onion and green chilies; sauté until translucent.
- Mix in vegetables, turmeric, garam masala, and salt; cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Add cooked rice, fold gently, cook for 3-4 minutes, then garnish with coriander leaves.
Notes
Use fresh cooked rice for best results.
