Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Cook pasta until al dente, then drain.
- Mix cooked pasta, marinara, ricotta, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Transfer to a greased baking dish, top with mozzarella and Parmesan.
- Bake covered for 20 minutes, then uncover and bake 10-15 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Let cool slightly, garnish with basil if desired, and serve.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a sprinkle of red pepper flakes or a drizzle of olive oil before serving.
