- Season chicken with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Select 'Sauté' on Instant Pot, add olive oil if using, and sear chicken 2-3 minutes per side.
- Add chicken broth, then close lid and set valve to 'Sealing'.
- Cook on 'Manual' or 'Pressure Cook' for 10 minutes, then natural release for 5 minutes.
- Shred chicken with forks, mix with broth, and serve.
