Ingredients
  

Pasta
  • 8 oz penne pasta
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, diced
  • 2 cups Alfredo sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 0.5 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • to taste Salt and pepper
Garnish
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Cook pasta until al dente, then drain.
  2. Mix cooked chicken, Alfredo sauce, spinach, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Combine with cooked pasta and transfer to a greased baking dish.
  4. Top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses, then bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  5. Garnish with parsley before serving.

Notes

For a lighter version, use less cheese or low-fat Alfredo sauce.
