Ingredients
  

Pasta and Chicken
  • 2 cups cooked pasta (penne or rotini)
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup Alfredo sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 0.5 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup broccoli florets (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • for garnish Fresh parsley optional

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix pasta, chicken, Alfredo sauce, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Fold in broccoli if using, then transfer to a greased baking dish.
  4. Top with mozzarella and Parmesan, cover with foil, and bake for 20 minutes.
  5. Remove foil, bake 10-15 minutes until bubbly and golden, then garnish and serve.

Notes

For a richer flavor, add a splash of cream to the Alfredo sauce.
