Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan.
- Beat cream cheese and butter until smooth, then add sugar and beat until fluffy.
- Mix in eggs one at a time, then add vanilla. Combine dry ingredients and fold into wet mixture.
- Fold in cranberries and nuts, pour into pan, and bake for 55-65 minutes.
- Cool in pan 10 minutes, then transfer to wire rack. Dust with powdered sugar if desired.
Notes
For best flavor, use fresh cranberries if available.
