Ingredients
  

Dry ingredients
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
Wet ingredients
  • 3 ripe bananas mashed bananas about 1 1/2 cups mashed
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 large eggs eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Add-ins
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together dry ingredients: flour, sugar, baking soda.
  3. In another bowl, mash bananas and mix in oil, eggs, and vanilla.
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients, then fold in chocolate chips.
  5. Pour batter into prepared loaf pan and bake for 60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  6. Allow to cool before slicing and serving.

Notes

For extra moisture, add a tablespoon of yogurt to the batter.
