Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
- In a bowl, whisk together dry ingredients: flour, sugar, baking soda.
- In another bowl, mash bananas and mix in oil, eggs, and vanilla.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients, then fold in chocolate chips.
- Pour batter into prepared loaf pan and bake for 60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow to cool before slicing and serving.
Notes
For extra moisture, add a tablespoon of yogurt to the batter.
