  • 1 cup mushrooms sliced
  • 1 medium onion diced
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Method
 

  1. Place beef, mushrooms, and onion in the crockpot. Season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Pour in beef broth and Worcestershire sauce. Stir gently to combine.
  3. Cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until beef is tender.
  4. Stir in heavy cream until smooth and heated through.
  5. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.

Notes

For a richer flavor, brown the beef before adding it to the crockpot.
