Method
- Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat, drain excess fat.
- Add onion, garlic, and bell pepper; sauté until softened.
- Stir in tomato paste, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper; simmer.
- Reduce heat, stir in heavy cream or cream cheese, then cheddar cheese until melted.
- Remove from heat, garnish with parsley or chives, and serve hot.
Notes
For a spicier dish, add a pinch of red pepper flakes.
