Method
- Season chicken with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet, add chicken, and cook until browned (5-7 minutes). Remove and set aside.
- Melt butter in the same skillet, add garlic, and cook until fragrant (1 minute).
- Stir in cream cheese until melted and smooth.
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Reduce heat to low.
- Add Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Stir until smooth and thickened (2-3 minutes).
- Add the cooked chicken back into the skillet and stir to coat with the Alfredo sauce.
- Serve over keto-friendly noodles or zucchini noodles (zoodles).
- Garnish with chopped parsley, if desired.
Notes
For a richer flavor, use freshly grated Parmesan cheese. Adjust seasonings to your preference.
