Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Cook sausage in a skillet until browned, then drain excess grease.
- Mix softened cream cheese, eggs, heavy cream, and ranch seasoning until smooth. Layer cooked sausage in dish, pour egg mixture over, then sprinkle 1 cup cheese and half bacon.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until set and golden. Top with remaining cheese, bacon, and green onions. Rest 5-10 minutes before serving.
Notes
Use fresh green onions for best flavor. Adjust salt and pepper to taste.
