  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 4 ounces cream cheese (softened) softened
  • 0.5 cup heavy cream
  • 0.25 cup grated parmesan
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Place skillet over medium heat, add butter.
  3. Add ground beef, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  4. Break beef apart, cook until browned and no pink remains.
  5. Drain excess grease.
  6. Reduce heat to low.
  7. Add cream cheese, stir until melted.
  8. Pour in heavy cream, stir to form creamy sauce.
  9. Add parmesan, stir until thickened.
  10. Spoon beef mixture into baking dish, spread evenly.
  11. Sprinkle mozzarella on top.
  12. Bake 15-18 minutes until mozzarella melts and browns.
  13. Remove from oven, let rest 3-5 minutes before serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the beef mixture.
