- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Place skillet over medium heat, add butter.
- Add ground beef, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Break beef apart, cook until browned and no pink remains.
- Drain excess grease.
- Reduce heat to low.
- Add cream cheese, stir until melted.
- Pour in heavy cream, stir to form creamy sauce.
- Add parmesan, stir until thickened.
- Spoon beef mixture into baking dish, spread evenly.
- Sprinkle mozzarella on top.
- Bake 15-18 minutes until mozzarella melts and browns.
- Remove from oven, let rest 3-5 minutes before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the beef mixture.
