  • 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 4 oz cream cheese, cubed
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • Parsley, for garnish

Method
 

  1. Place the chicken breasts in the crockpot.
  2. In a bowl, mix together the heavy cream, cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pour the mixture over the chicken in the crockpot.
  4. Cook on low for 4-6 hours, until the chicken is tender.
  5. Shred the chicken with forks and stir to combine with the sauce before serving, garnished with parsley.

Notes

For a thicker sauce, add a tablespoon of cream cheese at the end.
