Method
- Place the chicken breasts in the crockpot.
- In a bowl, mix together the heavy cream, cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the mixture over the chicken in the crockpot.
- Cook on low for 4-6 hours, until the chicken is tender.
- Shred the chicken with forks and stir to combine with the sauce before serving, garnished with parsley.
Notes
For a thicker sauce, add a tablespoon of cream cheese at the end.
