Ingredients
  

Tortillas
  • 2 large low-carb tortillas
  • 1 cup cooked and seasoned ground beef or turkey
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup sliced olives
  • 1/4 cup chopped lettuce
  • 1 teaspoon taco seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil for frying

Method
 

  1. Cook seasoned ground beef or turkey in a skillet until fully cooked, then add taco seasoning and mix.
  2. Spread half of sour cream on one tortilla, then layer with meat, cheese, tomatoes, olives, and lettuce.
  3. Place the second tortilla on top and press gently to secure.
  4. Heat olive oil in a skillet and cook the crunchwrap for 3-4 minutes per side until golden and crispy.
  5. Remove from skillet, cool slightly, then slice and serve with additional sour cream or salsa.
