- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Mix beef, almond flour, parmesan, egg, garlic, herbs, salt, and pepper. Form into 1-inch meatballs and place on a baking sheet.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Brown meatballs on all sides for 4-5 minutes.
- Transfer meatballs to the oven and bake for 10-15 minutes until cooked through.
- In the same skillet, melt butter over low heat. Add garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes.
- Drizzle garlic butter over meatballs and garnish with parsley before serving. Enjoy!
