  • 1 lb ground beef (80/20)
  • 2 cups fresh broccoli florets
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup sugar-free ketchup
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika

Method
 

  1. Prep ingredients: chop onion, mince garlic.
  2. Sauté onions in olive oil until translucent.
  3. Add ground beef and cook until browned.
  4. Fold in broccoli and cook until tender.
  5. Mix in garlic, ketchup, salt, pepper, and paprika; simmer.
  6. Sprinkle cheese on top, cover until melted. Serve hot.

Notes

For extra flavor, add a pinch of red pepper flakes.
