Ingredients
  

Cheese
  • 2 cups monterey jack cheese (shredded)
  • 16 ounces ground beef
  • 1/2 medium onion (sliced)
  • 1 bell pepper (sliced) bell pepper
  • 1 tsp worcestershire sauce
  • 4 ounces cream cheese
  • to taste salt and pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cook ground beef with sliced onions and bell peppers until browned and softened, then drain excess grease.
  3. Add Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and cream cheese to the beef mixture; stir until melted and combined. Set aside.
  4. Create 8 cheese circles on the parchment with shredded cheese, spacing them 2 inches apart. Bake for 8-10 minutes until golden and lace-like.
  5. Let cheese circles cool briefly, then place 2 tablespoons of beef mixture on each. Roll or fold the cheese around the filling and cool for 2-3 minutes to set.
