Ingredients
  

Cheese
  • 2 cups Monterey Jack cheese (shredded)
  • 16 ounces ground beef
  • 1/2 medium onion (sliced)
  • 1 bell pepper (sliced) bell pepper
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 4 ounces cream cheese
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cook ground beef with sliced onions and bell peppers until browned and vegetables soften, then drain excess grease.
  3. Add Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and cream cheese to the beef mixture; stir until melted and combined.
  4. Create 8 cheese circles on parchment, spacing them 2 inches apart, and bake for 8-10 minutes until golden.
  5. Let cheese cool briefly, then add beef mixture and roll or fold the cheese around the filling. Cool for 2-3 minutes to set.

Notes

Ensure to drain excess grease from the beef to keep the rolls crispy.
