- Cook ground beef with sliced onions and bell peppers until browned and vegetables soften, then drain excess grease.
- Add Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and cream cheese to the beef mixture; stir until melted and combined.
- Create 8 cheese circles on parchment, spacing them 2 inches apart, and bake for 8-10 minutes until golden.
- Let cheese cool briefly, then add beef mixture and roll or fold the cheese around the filling. Cool for 2-3 minutes to set.
Notes
Ensure to drain excess grease from the beef to keep the rolls crispy.
