Method
- Cook sausage in 1 tbsp olive oil until browned, then remove.

- Add zucchini and garlic; cook 3 minutes. Season with paprika, cayenne, salt, and pepper.
- Add shrimp; cook 2-3 minutes per side until pink. Stir in sausage and spinach; cook 1-2 minutes until spinach wilts.
- Finish with lemon juice, stir, garnish with parsley, and serve.
