Ingredients
  

Bell Peppers
  • 3 pieces green bell peppers
  • 0.5 cup yellow onions, diced
  • 3 tsp garlic, minced
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 cups riced cauliflower
  • 1.25 cup marinara sauce (sugar-free)
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • 0.5 tsp garlic salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper
  • 0.5 cup shredded cheese (3 blend)

  • to taste butter for sautéing

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Slice peppers in half, remove seeds, and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Brown ground beef, drain, then sauté onions, cauliflower, and garlic in butter until tender.
  3. Mix cooked beef with marinara, basil, garlic salt, and black pepper. Combine with sautéed vegetables.
  4. Stuff peppers with mixture, top with cheese, cover with foil, and bake for 30 minutes.
  5. Remove from oven and serve hot.

Notes

Use fresh ingredients for best flavor. Feel free to add extra cheese on top before baking.
