Ingredients
  

Dry ingredients
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 Tbsp sugar (can sub honey)
  • 4 tsp. baking powder
  • 0.5 tsp. salt
Wet ingredients
  • 2 eggs eggs
  • 1.75 cups milk (start with 1.5 and add more if needed)
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 stick butter, melted

Method
 

  1. Whisk dry ingredients. Make a well and add wet ingredients. Mix until blended.
  2. Let batter rest a few minutes while the pan heats over medium/low.
  3. Cook pancakes until bubbles form, flip once, and cook until golden.
  4. Serve with butter and syrup.

Notes

Adjust milk for desired batter consistency.
