Vegetables
  • 1 cup Diced Vegetables (carrots, peas, corn) Frozen or fresh
Whole Grains
  • 1.5 cups Cooked Brown Rice Prepared and cooled
Lean Proteins
  • 1 cup Cooked Chicken, shredded Cooked and cooled
Dairy or Alternatives
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheese Cheddar or mozzarella
Nut Butter
  • 0.5 cup Peanut Butter Natural preferred

Method
 

  1. Mix fruits, vegetables, rice, chicken, cheese, and peanut butter in a bowl.
