Method
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium-high heat. Drain off any excess grease.
- Add soy sauce, sesame oil, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes (if using) to the skillet.
- Stir well to combine and cook for 2-3 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened slightly.
- Serve the Korean ground beef over cooked rice.
- Top with your desired toppings, such as sliced green onions, sesame seeds, kimchi, and a fried egg.
Notes
Adjust the amount of red pepper flakes to your desired level of spiciness.
