Method
- Heat oil or ghee in a pan over medium heat.
- Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
- Sauté onions and green chilies until translucent.
- Add vegetables, turmeric, garam masala, and salt; cook 3-4 mins.
- Mix in leftover rice, heat through, stir occasionally.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
Notes
Use fresh coriander for best flavor.
