Ingredients
  

Dressing
  • 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt or to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon fresh cracked pepper or to taste

Method
 

  1. Add olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to a jar (or bowl).
  2. Cover jar and shake vigorously until combined (or whisk if using a bowl).
  3. Taste dressing, then adjust seasoning with additional salt and pepper, if desired.
  4. Use immediately or store in your refrigerator for up to 5 days. Enjoy!

Notes

For a richer flavor, let the dressing sit for at least 30 minutes before serving.
