Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour two loaf pans.
- Mix pumpkin, eggs, oil, and water until combined.
- Whisk together sugar, spices, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to pumpkin mixture; stir until just combined.
- Fold in flour and nuts if using. Divide batter into pans.
- Bake 60-70 minutes; cool before removing from pans.
