  • cup fresh lemon juice
  • cup extra virgin olive oil
  • ¼ teaspoon pink Himalayan fine salt or to taste
  • teaspoon ground white pepper or to taste
  • ¼ teaspoon dried basil
  • ½ teaspoon honey
  • ½ teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 clove garlic clove pressed

Method
 

  1. Using a citrus juicer, squeeze lemon juice.
  2. To a Mason jar, add all ingredients. Cover and shake vigorously until emulsified.
  3. Pour over your favorite salad, and enjoy.
