Method
- Cook turkey bacon until crispy, crumble, and set aside.
- Brown beef with onion and garlic. Stir in smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix in cream cheese until melted. Add bacon. Spread into a greased baking dish.
- Whisk eggs, cream, mustard, and ketchup (if using). Stir in half the cheddar and mozzarella.
- Pour egg mixture over beef. Top with remaining cheeses.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25–30 minutes, or until set and golden.
- Let cool slightly before slicing. Garnish with pickles or parsley if desired.
Notes
For a spicier kick, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the beef mixture.
