Ingredients
  

Meat Mixture
  • 2 pounds ground beef
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 0.5 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 pound cooked turkey bacon, chopped
Egg Mixture
  • 8 large eggs
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 12 oz shredded Cheddar cheese

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook ground beef, garlic, and onion powder until browned. Drain grease and transfer to a 9×13-inch casserole dish.
  3. Stir in cooked turkey bacon and spread evenly in the dish.
  4. Whisk eggs, heavy cream, salt, pepper, and 3/4 of the cheese. Pour over meat mixture.
  5. Top with remaining cheese and bake for 30–35 minutes until golden and bubbly.
  6. Let rest 5–10 minutes before slicing. Serve warm.

Notes

For a spicier kick, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the meat mixture.
