Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook ground beef, garlic, and onion powder until browned. Drain grease and transfer to a 9×13-inch casserole dish.
- Stir in cooked turkey bacon and spread evenly in the dish.
- Whisk eggs, heavy cream, salt, pepper, and 3/4 of the cheese. Pour over meat mixture.
- Top with remaining cheese and bake for 30–35 minutes until golden and bubbly.
- Let rest 5–10 minutes before slicing. Serve warm.
Notes
For a spicier kick, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the meat mixture.
