Method
 

  1. Wash and dry strawberries. Hull them to create a cavity.
  2. Beat cream cheese, sweetener, and vanilla until smooth.
  3. Transfer mixture to a piping bag.
  4. Pipe cream cheese mixture into strawberries.
  5. Garnish with chocolate shavings or nuts, if desired.
  6. Refrigerate for 30 minutes to firm up the filling.
