Ingredients
  

Protein
  • 2 pieces chicken breasts
Vegetables
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup cauliflower florets
Others
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese (optional)

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Mix olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Coat chicken and arrange on a baking sheet with vegetables.
  3. Bake for 25-30 minutes until chicken reaches 165°F (75°C).
  4. Optional: sprinkle cheese over during last 5 minutes.
  5. Let cool briefly and serve warm.
