  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley
  • 200 grams salmon
  • 100 grams spinach
  • 1 head cauliflower
  • 200 grams mozzarella
  • 300 grams ground chicken
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 block tofu
  • 1 block tempeh
  • 300 grams frozen vegetables
  • 400 grams canned tomatoes
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce

Method
 

  1. Cook eggs and turkey bacon for breakfast.
  2. Prepare chicken wings baked or grilled with spices.
  3. Sauté shrimp with garlic, butter, lemon, and serve over zucchini noodles.
  4. Make zucchini noodles with marinara sauce and top with mozzarella.
  5. Prepare cauliflower mash with garlic and cheese, bake salmon with spinach.
