  • 1 pound ground beef

  • 1 medium head cauliflower, cut into florets

  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes (canned or fresh)
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 cup beef broth

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook onion and garlic in olive oil until translucent, then add ground beef and cook until browned.
  3. Add diced tomatoes, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and beef broth; simmer 5 minutes.
  4. Steam cauliflower until tender, about 5-7 minutes.
  5. Combine beef mixture and cauliflower in a casserole dish, top with cheese, and bake 20-25 minutes until bubbly.

Notes

For extra flavor, add herbs like basil or oregano.
