Ingredients
  

Bread
  • 8 cups bread cubes
  • 8-10 eggs eggs
  • 1.5 cups half and half
  • to taste cheese shredded
  • to taste protein, like sausage cooked and crumbled

Method
 

  1. Line a 9×13” baking pan with bread cubes.
  2. Mix eggs with half and half and pour over bread.
  3. Add cheese and cooked sausage on top.
  4. Bake at 350°F for 18 minutes until set.

Notes

You can prepare this casserole the night before and refrigerate until ready to bake.
